TODAY'S TRAINING SUCKED BEEEG TIME!!!
Yah like we ran 6 km!!!
OK...
Um... 10 round is 2.4 km lah..
Yah then like the ten rounds is normal for warm up lah..
Yah then we did drills...
Supposed to partner Jaslyn..
But she left me for Hannah...
Yah then i ended up partnering Pet...
Yah then haiyah..
Damn tiring lah...
Yah then k after that..
Did some stupid drills...
Then when it came to this drill which
coach made us do...
It sucked...
She always make us do new things...
Wah lao...
Like then when we cannot do she'll get pissed off..
we're then the ones who shd be pissed off...

Then like we didn't know how to do lah!!
Then she made us do 10 more rounds...
Yah then like we were all so tired already..
Haha i was like walking lor..

Then the funny part... i vomited..
Yeah Celeste was like gonna throw me the ball redy lah..
Then like IT was making it's way upwards...

Coz like she was throwing for me...

We had to run 5 more rounds for those whom she punished..

Funny part number 2...
In the midst of running, like i had muscle cramps..
Haha on my legs...
At first it was not so pain...
Then i continued...
Then when i HOPPED over the tree's roots, it
SUDDENLY HURT LIKE HELL... yah...
Then like it was sooooo freaking pain
Yah then i held my leg and collasped...
I laid on the ground for 5 mins..
Haha...
Yah!!!
Jaslyn went to tell sai that i fainted...
Haha then Sai my caring bestest friend sprinted all
the way for me!!

Haha then like She and mich helped me up and like i was
leaning on them and limping all the way..

Then aft trg was FINALLY over...
I went to taka with sai!!
Bot bubble tea for her..
Haha... then we went to heeren and then we went home...
Haha kinda fun... Today was not relli a bad day lah..
Except for trg.. although i didn't think it was THAT bad...
